EziShift legal
Refunds & cancellations
Last updated 17 September 2026. These rules apply in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If EziShift fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the customer may be entitled to the remedy required by law, regardless of the change-of-mind rules below.
2. Cancelling recurring billing
Customers can cancel future renewal through Account Settings or another clearly disclosed cancellation method. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges while paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself delete the workspace or business records.
3. 30-day free trial
Where the advertised 30-day free trial applies, no card is required to create the trial workspace and no paid subscription starts automatically. If the customer does not choose to subscribe after the trial, there is no subscription charge. A customer who chooses to subscribe will see the applicable recurring price before authorising payment.
4. Founding rate and cancellation
Eligible business workspaces created by 11:59 pm AEST on 30 November 2026 can secure the A$39/month flat founding subscription under the Terms of Service. The first paid subscription must begin by 11:59 pm AEST on 31 January 2027 to secure that rate. Once secured, the rate continues while the paid subscription remains continuously active.
If a founding subscription is cancelled, the founding rate remains in place only until the already-paid access period ends. Once the subscription fully ends, the founding rate lapses. If the customer later starts a new subscription, the pricing then available applies, even if the same workspace or email address is used. A temporary payment retry does not by itself remove founding status if the same subscription is restored without being terminated.
5. Change of mind
Unless otherwise stated, EziShift does not promise a refund solely because a customer changes their mind after a paid billing period has begun. EziShift may provide a discretionary refund in individual circumstances. This does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Service problems
If a material service problem occurs, contact support and give EziShift a reasonable opportunity to investigate where that is appropriate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include fixing the problem, extending access, cancellation, a refund for an affected or unused period, compensation, or another remedy required by law.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.
